Foot and ankle testing

Stand split stance against a wall. Place a ruler along the foot closest to the wall. Bring the knee of the front leg to the wall. Continue sliding the foot back along the ruler until you find a place where the heel of the foot lifts up before the knee hits the wall. How far did you go?

our-process-consultation

FREE Consultation

Our consult is a free 10-20 minute appointment with one of our doctors. During this appointment, all the details of your case will be discussed. At the end, the doctor will determine if you are a candidate for our care.

our-process-examination

Testing and measurement, combined with the information obtained from the consultation, allows us to establish a complete and accurate diagnosis. Afterwards, the doctor will be able to explain your problem, treatment options, and estimate duration of care.

our-process-treatments

Treatments

Once an accurate diagnosis has been made and the appropriate treatment selected, treatment is aimed to restore movement, function, and load on relevant pathology. Our average patient is seen for 12-16 visits over the course of 3-4 months.

our-process-retest-and-case-management

Retest and Management

Throughout care, the doctor will assess treatment changes, manage load, and increase strength to reduce and eliminate symptoms to the maximum conservation care allows!

If the condition is resolved, you are discharged and back to a pain-free life. In some cases, ongoing care is required to control and manage pain. Our goal is to always reduce the need for in-office visits.

Frequently asked questions

How do you know you can help?
If you have any muscle, joint, or nerve problems then you are a good candidate. This is what we do best. If you have also failed other treatments or haven’t reached your maximum level of improvement, then you are also a good candidate.

Our doctors focus on finding and fixing adhesion, which is a difficult problem to find and even more difficult to fix. Integrative Diagnosis® trained providers can help with this problem as it is not extensively trained in any doctorate education. Our type of care is unique so all potential new patients will need to come in for a comprehensive consultation exam.

The free consultation is 15 minutes and the doctors will thoroughly discuss your case with you to determine if you are a candidate for care.
Cost of treatments, examples, cost, etc
Our new patient comprehensive exam is $150. The comprehensive exam includes patient history, physical examination, review of medical records, diagnosis, and explanation of your diagnosis to you. The first visit is to gain a complete understanding of your problem and knowing what we can do to help. No treatment is performed on the first visit.

If you are a candidate for care, treatment will begin on the following visit. Follow-up visits are $75. The average number of follow-up visits is 12 to 16, always depending on the examination and complete diagnosis.
Insurance and payment options
We accept cash, check, major credit cards, FSA (Flexible Savings Account), & HSA (Health Savings Account).
